IBM GBS offer: TC: 22 LPA Band: 7B Location: Bangalore EPAM Systems (Anywhere program) TC: 32.4 LPA (Split per month: Bench(fixed): 50k, Project: 220k) JB: 1 Lakh Location: Remote There is a catch on the TC offered by EPAM which worries me. The bench salary component in EPAM will be paid out every month, but the project component will only be paid if you are assigned to a client billable project. Why not get converted from anywhere to fixed location with same pckg or more depending on the role and location

How long is the bench time at EPAM anywhere Also, what is the difference between fix employee and flex employee there. I do not wish to work on support projects/dead shifts/old technology. How is the company in that regard. Please suggest.
