Besides, it’s all about LC these days and I have seen so many talented seniors at my place with excellent design skills but couldn’t land a job at tier 1 companies due to lack of LC skills. Depends on what you call “growth”. If you are talking about changing job just because new TC is 1.25x more than your current and it has just been 6 months since you joined, you might regret it. If you are talking about “hustle” culture, then sure yeah that is something you won’t regret provided you maintain a decent personal life
