[India] Zeta vs DE Shaw Offers
I just graduated and currently have offers from DE Shaw and Zeta. Please evaluate the two in terms of 3 factors : quality of work, TC growth and work-life balance. Zeta: TC : 29L + $14K ESOPS vested over 4 years - 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% DE Shaw: TC: 32L Zeta's offer to me is better than their typical new grad offer because I interned there and had a competing offer.

Zeta jao puttar. Both are new grad offers? Tf Zeta is paying 29 Base to new grads?

Sprinklr pays 30 base and Alphonso pays 32 base
