Wanted to know what kind of compensation ( and stock components) to ask for SMTS role at cohesity Bangalore location. Also how is the office culture and wlb for Bangalore office? TC: 24 lpa YoE: 2.5 #software #sde #indiasalary #swe #cohesity #engineering
Great, but confirm the position once. We see a lot of cases with position mentioned as SMTS but it gets corrected during the later stages.

SMTS is actually a very senior position here, MTS2 -> MTS3 -> MTS4 -> SMTS

4 rounds of technical interviews, each of them were moderate level of difficulty. System design round was a little tough

I don't think cohesity will give SMTS position for 2.5 years experience.
I interviewed for SMTS itself, completed the interview rounds now they are offering. I'm waiting to hear back from them
