I have been at Amazon but recently received the following two offers to choose from, both located in NYC: Facebook E5 MLE/RS: FAIR, 440k TC Uber 5a MLE: Ubereats delivery time prediction, 450k TC Current TC: ~250k, L5 at Amazon Alexa YOE: 6.5 These two offers look very close to me, e.g. same level, same pay, same big name, and similar tech stack. I like both managers almost equally. nah. no PhD. it is more MLE than RS but in FB the title doesn't matter much.

If you still haven't made your decision, I'd suggest you to pick FAIR. One of the hardest Orgs to get into as they're very selective.

Rather than Facebook vs Uber, its FAIR vs Uber. So if you're into ML and research, Fair is a no-brainer here.
