Aren't these offers a bit on the lower side if you compare India TC keeping purchasing power parity in mind? I feel 50L in India should translate to at least 225-250k USD or equivalent.
Unfortunately from the data that I’ve gathered 170K USD-190K USD is the normal salary range at E4 level in London :(

You can negotiate a sign-on from Bloomberg. For nyc, it's very common for Bloomberg to give a 50k sign-on. I feel if taking wlb into account and Bloomberg matching your fb sign-on, it could be a better choice!
Bloomberg has no RSU?
@OP- Are you looking for long term stay at the company? Note that Bloomberg TC doesn't grow as fast as FB in long term, due to no higher levels/promos and lower increments (also, no RSUs).
I think even if the TC is comparable now, once you get promoted at FB, the gap will increase as Bloomberg salary won't hike much.
WLB is better at Bloomberg though. So I think it depends on on how much you need that level of WLB.
Worked for Bloomberg and moved to FB. Both company have good culture. However, FB is better in most of aspects except WLB overall. But if you want to relax, FB also has handful of teams offer similar WLB as BB. Tools/Framework Bloomberg use like in the Stone Age. And you will see very limited growth.
What teams in FB have chill WLB?
This is on case by case base. Are you at FB? When you try to find team, just ask for pulse score. WLB higher than 80 means team is chilled.

You could try joining a more laid back team in FB. Promo velocity and refreshers will probably lower in exchange.
