I don't know about the work culture in Morgan Stanley, so I don't know if it is better than wallmart. But definitely stay out of SAP.

WLB is great, even if you slack off a bit, people won't mind, and leave policy is flexible. But the bad thing about SAP is the compensation. TBH, i was surprised that they offered you this much, they usually don't. Plus hikes and promotions are bad and very slow. You're lucky that they gave you t2.3, don't expect a promotion anytime soon. Tech wise, if the team is good, you'll get to work on new tech, else it is legacy stuff in most teams.
