Insane poll, but yeah to be fair msft doesn’t pay that well, still on average it should be higher than C1 and C1 pip culture is now equal to amzn. We have too many ex amzns in C1 now

My experience was the opposite. C1 had a good WLB that allowed me to prep for Google interviews. It paid better than Microsoft that lowballed me and then gave peanuts 🥜 as refreshers. Moreover, the main point: most people at C1 were nice while most people at Microsoft were political snakes.

I'm assuming this was a while ago. Capital One has become absolutely awful, especially in the last 1-2 years. Everyone is trying to escape the corporate America shithole the company has become.
