[UK/London]Referral for Security Engineer role

Hi All, I am posting on behalf of my cousin. She is looking for job opportunity as Security Engineer. She is current residing in UK and would like remote job preferably. She has more than 4 yrs of experience work in big MNC in India as Security Engineer in support team. She got experience working in Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Server File share security, Cloud data management services and Security tools like Azure, Varonis & BOX. Completed certificates like ITIL framework, AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals), SC-900 (Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity) and doing certificates such as CompTIA Security+ and CCNA. Can I get referral for her? Also suggestion for which companies suites since she likes to pursue Security Engineer to high levels. She also likes to switch to be more (development) security engineer than working in support team as security engineer. Thanks.
