I had my phone screen with Amazon, such a bad experience, the interviewer was just showing how much he knows. I never felt like this before. What shd I do Update: I passed the phone screen and the recruiter reached out for an onsite, I have decided to move on and politely declined to continue the process. In case they send the interview experience survey, I will provide the feedback for the interviewer.

Recruiter can't do anything. His/her feedback to interview team will be ignored. Well, recruiter won't even care to report the instance in this job market.
Nothing will happen except if the metric associated with on-site nr per phone screen nr is not met or if HM will start to wonder why it takes so long to fill position. In which case , feedback will be analyzed retroactively
What exactly can you do? Just hang up and move on. It’s not like you can add a 0 star to his Amazon seller’s profile
