Yes from LinkedIn. I didn't join because I didn't have anything to negotiate then, and later I used this offer to negotiate with other companies.
Its a very good offer for your yoe. This is in the high quartile for Software engineer roles at LinkedIn

Yes, there are refreshers. Not sure about the team though. Anyways, you can switch teams after some time if you don't like it.
If you are still interviewing, don't settle for this offer. You can crack much better offers from startups at your yoe.
I have better offers, giving balance and mental peace a priority. Have been in that place :)
@amazon In case of most of the startups Max base+ bonus I've seen is around 40LPA (given 3 YOE) Remaining amount is in form of ESOPs, but that's paper money without frequent buy backs or IPO! Can you share more insight? Am I missing something here!?
