USCIS doesn’t stick to their own rules, and there is nothing you can do about it. Currently it takes at least six weeks for USCIS to send out a notice.
How can it be more than two weeks? The case status says contact USCIS if the approval notice didn't arrive after xxx date (which is 15 calendar days after approval date). Can you please explain?
