They both give average initial offers but refreshers and stock appreciation make up for it 3. WLB is amazing in both the companies, no PIP's - longer tenure if you check out Linkedin 4. Prestige - the only two household names that give boner to everyone. 5. Recession-proof companies, no layoffs in far future TC:460K
