Meta vs Citadel Sec
Hi i got offer from Meta London for E5 currently in team matching phase. I got interview call for Citadel securities Sydney. I'm confused whether i should take the interview. Can someone tell should i take the interview or skip it and accept meta. Tc: 80 lpa Yoe: 6
Citadel is a really awful company to work for. You will be chewed up and spit out in less than a year. I’ve never met anyone that enjoys being there.

better weather ☀️ although that’s debatable, the consensus is London weather is shitty. Australia is generally more laid back as compared to the UK. In terms of work-life balance, the UK follows the US approach. After living in the UK, I think if I had to do it again, I would go to Australia. Most tech companies also hire in Australia. You can always switch if you don't like Citadel.
