Walmart interview process
I'm interviewing with Walmart for a Senior Program Manager role at San Bruno. Please share interview tips and expected compensation. YOE - 6 TC - 145k #walmart
Have some solid examples of your past work. Comp is prob around 150k base plus 20% bonus plus stock
165k max base, 20% bonus, 45k rsu over 4 years + additional 45k RSU’s per year refresh (also vests at 25% per year) wlb in San Bruno e-commerce is pretty laid back. They will likely give you a case study to see how you think and delivering product. Standard stuff , not too crazy.
