Dropbox phone interview
Any pointers on how to prep and what to expect in Dropbox phone interview? I have heard that Dropbox interviews are much tougher than FAANG? True or not?
Dropbox interviews are tougher than FAANG because they don’t just care about answer but all the details behind it. Dbx interviews are coding+design in a way where you need to solve extension questions n give working solutions. I gave FAANG (except N) interviews n then Dropbox, I enjoyed my dbx interview most but it was definitely most drilling one
OP, why leaving fb for dbx?
we have a bunch of people from fb google msft joining every week. For ex-FB: it is much better wlb for almost same pay For ex-G: it is better pay with same/better wlb For ex-Msft: everything is better 🤣
How is that sustainable for dbx if they pay top salaries but allow people to coast? I mean it is great for the employees in the short term but if everyone is resting and vesting how will the company grow?
