My wife and I, both in our early thirties, are considering a cruise departing from Miami. We're looking for recommendations on which cruise line to choose. We've noticed mixed reviews about Royal Caribbean and NCL. Any suggestions or insights from those who have experienced different cruise lines would be appreciated. We're open to exploring more options and suggestions. #cruise #advice Please Poll based on your experience.
If you don't have kids or want to avoid kids. You can go for Celebrity Cruises or Virgin
Cruise is for early sixties and above
Not true, check out Disney cruises.
Virgin Voyages does 4 night cruises out of Miami. They skew more towards people in their 30s(that’s not to say you’ll see a lot of older people too). Celebrity Cruises (brand owned by Royal Caribbean) also has 4 night cruises out of Fort Lauderdale. If you really want just 2 nights MSC has options. For all these cruise lines they offer certain cabin types that come with elevated experiences which include more things. Just keep that in mind.
Same the environment, don’t go on cruises. Spend the money elsewhere.
I tried most of them, for entertainment nothing beats Disney. For best bang for the buck, Carnival. For active couples, Royal Caribbean.
What about NCL?
I meant Norwegian
I don’t understand why young adult couples would want to go on a cruise. What am I missing?
It’s traveling but everything is taken care of. You don’t have to think of anything. Food is served 24 hrs a day. Entertainment is available, shows, movies, activities. Your cabin is cleaned twice a day. You can use the gym, play sports, rock climbing, scuba, etc. You can still be as active as you want. If you just want to check it out, Carnival has a super deal for $350 for three nights in Long Beach,CA to Mexico. Best bang for the buck out there.
It can be an affordable all inclusive vacation. Each cruise line sells a premium tier (think the cruise line version of business class) which can be quite nice.
Cruises are horribly dangerous and for what you get, an absolute scam. Find a high-end Hotel Oceanside for a couple days, you’ll have a better time .
Why dangerous?
Not true, I’ve been to many cruises. It is very safe, never got sick, nobody bothered us. Food is great and entertainment is exceptional for the price.
