Hear me out: No leetcode, take home assignment is super reasonable, they focus on team fit, culture fit, and being a good employee, not how much crap you can memorize. IMHO it is the only FAANG that you don’t have to study for whatsoever.

That’s just not true. Also look at their market cap and profits compared to employee count. Only meta makes more per employee than Netflix.
That’s how an interview should be. Reasonable and related to the role. No generalize interview process, no need to entertain people with unrelated job experience Companies who ask 2+ coding rounds are dumbfks. Time boxed leetcode doesn’t signal anything. Instead of that, giving solution to candidate upfront and asking them to explain what does that code do gives lot more signal about the candidate
Glad it worked out for you but I did a half dozen take home tests and none of them led to anything. Some even simply ghosted. Huge waste of time. I'd rather pick the 1 hour LC poison instead.

Yeah that’s fine. I’ll go over the experience, but won’t tell you exactly what mine was. I think they are all different anyway.
Their interview process varies by team. It's very possible to get asked leetcode questions

While leetcode is possible, in most teams it is denounced during debrief sessions when the interviewer describes a leetcode style questions. In my team, we got a referral of a candidate who interviewed for another team but the position closed due to org changes. We saw that they asked typical leetcode questions and even though the feedback was good on those questions, we didn’t want to accept candidates with Leetcode interviews. Sucked for the candidate because of interviewer’s fault. We just gave the candidate an option to interview a smaller loop again.

Everyone thinks their interview process is the best. Leetcode, take home, system design, it's all bs. You can't know how someone will work based on a couple of signals in several hours. I just look at their experience and accomplishments.
