Tenured Principal TCs are north of 1 cr, base and performance bonus included. Partner TCs start at around 1.5 cr.

McK partners make about USD 1 mn, and this is pretty much standard across countries as it’s a global partnership. Senior partners make USD 1-3 mn, and the top top ones can get over 5mn in good years.

First yr partners make 3-4 cr . It can grow to 10-15 for 5-6 yr partners. In some yrs it can go even higher. Depends how much you sell

This is incorrect. 1st year make 2-3 cr. Senior partners make Upto 5-7 (basically 10 people in entire BcG india)

There are many more than 10 people as senior partner in BCG and I know of someone who made 14.5 last yr.
