Do Any Jews Recognize That Their Side Used Terrorism?
I'm trying to help a colleague who was laid off last year and doesn't have blind. I knew them as a VP of R&D Engineering, and they are seeking referrals to Sr Dir or above positions in technology companies like AWS, Google, or Microsoft, or Semiconductor companies like Marvell or Broadcom. They are specifically interested in engineering with a focus on systems, i.e. all the ingredients needed (FW, SW, HW etc). I have their resume - is anyone able to refer, please? My TC: 180k YOE: 7 #amazonaws #amazon #google #microsoft #apple #marvell #broadcom #xilinx #onsemiconductor #lamresearch #semiconductor #tech
May I kindly ask you to ask your “friend” to download blind. It’s very simple. That way you don’t have to be the middle man
They changed it after the tech layoffs started
I will make the suggestion
AWS is in the hiring freeze but I might have the right team for your friend as soon as things open up. We're still hiring for strategic roles though. Dm me.
What's their TC?
Did they work atfaangmula like company at that role ? They could get heavily down leveled otherwise
They were mostly in the semiconductor space previously, so no. They've worked at several large semiconductor companies in a VP capacity
What company did they come from? What was their TC? At least in fintech, a VP of engineering from one of the big banks would be lucky to get the role and TC of a frontline EM at FAANG-ish. And, a VP of engineering at a small startup would also be lucky to get the role and TC of a frontline EM. The VP title doesn’t mean anything by itself, it doesn’t give enough info to know if your friend’s expectation is reasonable.
VP of a startup? That's like manager at Fang
Not a startup, but not FAANG
DM resume to me if you want.
Thank you - will DM
We have some director positions still open at Atlassian. DM me if they're interested in any.
Thank you! Will DM!
Are they willing to be down leveled
They were a VP and are willing to be down leveled to Sir Dir. lower than that, probably would depend on role
