I'm considering applying there for a software engineering role. I've heard some pretty messed up things, and their GlassDoor is all over the place. Any experience? It also looks like their CEO was at some company called Accela for decades so tagging y'all too.
A lot of issues had been engineering management-caused. SVP finally make a few painful cuts last couple of weeks. Things should look for the better as the company reorganise. There's optimism in this change as a few good people left because of bad management. Much of the company is relatively new as there had been a big turnover in the old guards when the CEO took over and company direction changed to becoming less focused on international development.
Interesting, thanks for the insight. What is the company focused on now? How is the new CEO? Why was there big turnover before?
The company's original focus was very much in international development clients and NGOs which is what draws people to the company. But NGOs and international development as a market is not very a very big market so the company struggled financially. The new CEO has a commercial background, and brought in new government and commercial deals. This was a major point of contention between the teams that were here and led to a lot of internal issues. International development and NGOs are still very much part of the clientele and Premise maintains strong relationships with them. They're not gone. They are just one of the three buckets of customers the company has now instead of being the only one .
Hi Guys, does anyone know what Premises current FMV is. I find myself in a really nasty situation where I think someone has screwed me over a deal involving their shares. I would be massively appreciative if anyone could help confirm the number. Thanks
How do you mean? Did you buy them in a secondary market?

Only thing I know is that they have one role open from last 2.5 years and they reach out to me every other month. That shows that they were not able to fill that role or people join and leave fast enough, there can be many reasons but doesn't look good on them.
