Microsoft job location change

Hey I got an verbal offer from microsoft but hr says location could be HYD / NOIDA, (most probably Noida) , I want to get it from HYD because of personal reasons, if I get NOIDA can I later change my location to HYD, what would be steps required for this, or it will only happen if I switch teams. #microsoft #location_change
