Seeking a Sr TA role in pharma

I have worked with AstraZeneca, Takeda, and The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard in corporate recruiting capacities, primarily focused on R&D, but have handled a wide variety as well. As a 3rd party recruiter, I have worked with a variety small startups in specialized theraputic areas, including diabetes, regenrative medicine, prion / CJD related Tier 2/3 companies. My area of expertise is R&D, scaleup / tech transfer, and regulatory although I also done manufacturing leadership, quality, every corporatefunction imagineable. From entry to executive levels. I have 15 relevant YOE, 3 of those directly in biotech and pharma labs, a Masters, 14 relevant TA / business process certifications, have been on non-automotive relevant boards, spoken at The Smithsonian, hired FROM Steve Jobs and hired FOR a Time's Woman of the Year. I've recruited on 3 continents, worked with startups to Fortune 100s. Relevant to pharma, I have hired for AstraZeneca, TEVA, Takeda, B-I, as well as smaller organizations. Beyond expertise in hiring, I have developed processes, been involved in employment branding, tech vetting for TA, candidate journey mapping. I've worked remotely for 9 years successfully hiring thousands, developing relationships with new and executive level hiring teams.
