Would I make a great leader then? I’m horrible at beating around the bush and coming up with fake intellectual things to say. I would just say “sorry people were letting go of 20% of staff” then awkward moment of silence
Actually answering questions would be a start. "Why didn't you do XYZ" "I apologize but at the time, doing XYZ wasn't feasible." Next question. But nah, they balk and just stutter off the stage. Imagine being paid MILLIONS and you can't answer a few questions. Pathetic.
