Can you all help me decide between two offers? The first is a salary gig—100k base with up to 6k potential bonus, standard benefits package (minus 401k match), 15 days paid leave. Second is a contractor position with a rate of $75/hr. There’s a chance it might eventually turn into a salary position but there’s no guaranteed timeline. Been there done that...contracting is a pain when there are multiple layers between u and the end client...better to get a fulltime with a solid implementation partner who has offices and clients in Canada
