Should we pay CEOs $Billion paychecks? ?

“Oracle's revenue target is set at $65B by the end of 2026. If Oracle hit those targets, Larry Elisson would be paid $1.5B in stock options.” - Seeking Alpha Bezos, Musk, and Ellison. Richest people in the world yet still the most expensive person at each company. If they genuinely cared about the company why are they still taking Billion dollar pay cuts? Should the board allow this to continue?

If you are a shareholder, yes you do. It's money that isn't returned to the investors, or it's dilution. As a shareholder of one of these companies, you do get a vote.
