1.5 to 2 crore annual comp offer achievable in India?
Planning to apply for a principal PM/Pgm/TPM roles in India and have a question - is 1.5 to 2 cr range realistic to expect? I know for sure that 1+ cr TC is doable (through network) but I am not sure if 2 cr is within the realm of possibility. I almost thought that’s not possible but then I saw few blinders suggesting 1.5-2 cr is something they have heard in their network. I want to move but also don’t want to get low-balled by either the recruiter or worst myself! Would really appreciate if anyone has real factual data points on TC from Amazon (L6/L7), Microsoft(L65+), Flipkart(no idea what level) etc. (TC = Base+Stocks). I have already looked at Blind threads but it seems more of speculations than factual. Also like in the US, are there reliable salary comp sites in India? thx
