How is SIG in terms WLB and Job stability for SDEs ? What is their pay for someone with 8-9 YoE L5 SDE 8 YoE 260K
SIG offers zero flexibility to WFH. They track every WFH days and sick days and call you out. Sick days are supposed to be unlimited but more than 3 and you better submit your death certificate to HR.
Pay can definitely top your current TC, WLB is a consistent 40-45 hours per week. Very stable job if you don’t need babysitting.
Any updates on the TC OP?
Very good wlb far greater than Amazon I would imagine. Pay depends on tangible experience not YOE imo
What would be the least for 8 YoE
Unsure ask the recruiter think it maybe team/role dependent
