Out of curiosity, Who on Blind have 1M TC ? What’s your profile like ?
FANG directors can get there if they have been long enough (10 years or so with the company). I wouldn't believe an IC who claims that TC
Definitely some ICs make that, but they are rare. I think Jeff Dean, and similar can easily crack that milestone.
They exist. Facebook and Google are paying insane TC right now (at least for the first 4 years).
Netflix probably pays directors that much with ease.
No
What’s your data point for directors at Netflix? If engineers can get paid 400+ director would hit those numbers in my opinion
Most Partners at Microsoft.
I thought most were in the 6-800 range?
That's about target for L68, but a good L68 review or a target L69 review breaks $1M.
L7, IC - I will get really close to 1M this year, but it's a one time thing (unusually large bonus)
Unusually large bonuses are usually in the form of RSUs vesting over 4 years. Did you get cash?
Yes, it was cash
My TC is north of 2M/yr. Director level, came in through an acquisition. CRM trajectory the last couple years has pushed it higher.
That’s cool
What’s tc
New here but I believe it’s ‘total compensation’.
People with stock in the last 10 years :)
OP’s asking current TC
That includes current for companies who stock prices have continued to grow significantly in the last year.
