How is Alarm.com?
I’m thinking of applying for a couple of QA roles at alarm.com. Does anyone know what kind of company it is and what to expect for the work culture and such? Any info on pay? Current TC: 105000 #engineering #software #quality

My take on culture is that it's absolutely great! WLB is also quite good (might sometimes be team dependent, possibly). Don't really know much about QE pay to comment.

I wouldn't. WLB was always team dependent, but upper management is starting to push down a lot more with strict in office policy and timelines. QE pay is also poor relative to the other engineering disciplines there, but if you have 3-5+ YoE you could possibly come in at a senior level with a slightly higher TC than you have now. The healthcare benefits are quite good if you have a family.
