How good is Aveva in terms of work,etc., specially in terms of career growth in the cloud space? Recently received an offer from them. Some reviews over here and Glassdoor say there is less career development. TC is 100k CAD Bonus is based on performance upto 15% #aveva #cloud

If you care career development, def not recommend
If you are just looking to get some experience in Cloud, AVEVA is currently moving a lot of their on prem products to cloud, so you will get good experience. Career growth is slow for most people. Once you hit Principal, it will take decades to move up. AVEVA inherited some fantastic products in the engineering and automation space. You get to work with it and they match 6% 401K 1:1 which are the pluses. TC is blah, no RSUs and max bonus is only 5%-20% based on your job level.
No career growth, unfortunately. Excellent work life balance, if that is your priority
