Are there any non-Chinese engineers in Tencent Palo Alto?
Recently a Tencent recruiter contacted me. My interest is piqued. I wonder if there are any non-Chinese engineers/researchers in their Palo Alto office (or any office in the Bay Area)? I searched LinkedIn and found only one guy who is not Chinese out of the 30 current employees. If we assume people just speak Chinese in the office, my burning question is how can this guy survive? What's the situation like in other Chinese companies in the Bay Area such as Baidu, ByteDance, etc? Genuinely curious! #tech #tencent #chinese
