I’m joining apple Seattle in couple of months and new to Seattle, could you please answer these 1 Does apple dexter 333 has free parking? If not is there any commute or parking perks? I don’t see anything regarding this in my offer letter 2 Planning to rent near Bellevue, how bad the commute will be? 3 Any idea about return to office? No free parking because city doesn’t allow that. But you can use pre tax money to pay for it.
^^ this .. parking rates in SEA are set by city .. its $22 per day or $250 a month .. you can use pre tax dollars for it .. return to office is TBD now but will happen so be ready for hybrid work.. dont cry after joining. unless you have kids or planning on buying, no reason staying in bellevue and commuting to SEA.. its hell
Check out some of the apartments further along dexter (near facebook office and the lake). This is one of the last remaining still nice areas of seattle. Otherwise keep in mind Bellevue light rail opens next year which would give you a commute that isn’t impacted by traffic. Traffic will be bad post RTO but you could also take 520 and pay the toll to reduce this.

Lol, it’s not gonna be 20 mins. It’ll easily be 45 mins at least during normal times
