I keep hearing that the market is crashing, already down by 20% however Trying to buy a house and keep getting outbid in every house so far 5 in a row What’s the truth here. New houses are overpriced and builders are not negotiating even a bit.
Austin is so boring. How do you survive there?
Nice try Austin homeowner
Wish I was home owner
Austin sucks
What price range are you getting out bid in? I am seeing homes on the market we'll past 60 days
$700k to $900k Not looking for very old houses
Most commentary about cities "booming" or "crashing" is bs.
Which location r u looking at ,Leander?
Something is wrong here. Your RE agent is working against you for higher commission
Depends, which areas, zipcodes are you looking at ?
1 negotiation and that sets a low trend for the housing market. Builders will let the houses stay vacant rather than lose money until they can't afford to stand their ground. Unfortunately, few of us are making more than enough to not give a shit. This keeps builders in business
