Seeing someone in the gym wearing nike or patagonia versus someone wearing some logoless clothes? Seeing someone in the office wearing polo ralph lauren versus logoless.
Don’t see a difference between nike & noname shirt. I see things more like supreme and Louis viton which i don’t understand since they are ugly af
The "nicest" clothes are often logoless. Logos are *by design* for wannabes.
This js so true, the higher up in the luxury pyramid you go the less logos you see.
There are logoless shirts that are more expensive
the idea is to BE rich, not look rich.
This. A lot of broke people love to flex
Only poor and new money people cares about brand. Really rich old money know to keep on the low down. Cause they lnow fly will be swarming around them asking for money
I don’t really care the brand and started not caring what others wear. I am a kind of person who feel pleasant to have better dressed people around me.
no rich people wear big logos and high end designer brands don't print big logos on clothes.
This is for tech only, not including, say, the Kardashians of the world. If I see many clothing logos, I figure they are trying to look rich but are not necessarily wealthy. The wealthiest people I know in tech enjoy free swag or shopping at the Costco or Walmart, even for clothes. I know one CTO who does wear a lot of Nike golf crap but that’s because he wants to be ready to golf, always.
I’m watching Blind become Quora
Of course I do. But I’m also very judgmental and only care about money.
