How is the 60 day period calculated. Including the last day or excluding it?

Google Charlieapp Apr 15, 2018

Excluding

Have a question here. Let's assume if I take a break of 30 days and then start my h1b, what if the new lawyer asks me the latest paystub. I don't have one. Is it ok in that case

Yes. For a gap between jobs, you have a grace period of up to 60 consecutive days after termination of employment during which you need to file for transfer of your work visa, if your employment ends before the end of your authorized validity period.
