What's your logic behind it? Let's say I'm the technical person that built the MVP as a fullstack dev and set the vision for the company while Co-founder gave 20k pre seed money, brings in first customers, and gives product ideas. We both do sales.
What I have heard is that once you start raising from VCs, they will make you rewrite the agreement and the shareholding between founders would typically be equally split. They do this to ensure there's no grudge held by one of the founders later on towards the other one, causing problems. So better to start at even footing right from the start.
