Non athletic? Like "the girl is very non athletic and she has a heart of gold and I love her".

Not sure what the context of this question is, but ask yourself why you need to describe this women's physical size...? That said, I think "curvy" is the term usually used to favorably describe a woman who would be considered somewhat overweight (but it doesnt always mean actually overweight....)
