Is their any apple pencil notes taking app with hover feature?
Hover feature is quite new and most mainstream apps like notability and goodnotes have not integrated yet. Any other notes app supports this feature?

If Apple can implement the hover feature, then it would be great. (They may add some $ for the feature) Funny enough, Samsung Note series introduced the feature 4 years ago.
Apple usually don’t pioneer “feature”, apple tend to take a concept and make it perfect then implement. What separates apple hover from Samsung is that when you hovering over 1 color with another one it will show you what would happen if you were to blend it together, like in real life with brushes and paint 🎨
