Hi Team I got two offers one from Capgemini and other from Novartis Capgemini is offering more than 4.5 laks compared to Novartis India can you please help me with your inputs
Novartis is product company Capgemini is service May be try negotiating with Novartis? Also please post the TC that way we can give good suggestions. Difference of 4.5L is more if TC is 10lpa but if it's 50lpa then 4.5L is not a big deal for this situation.
Please create a similar post under "software Engineering Career" topic for more engagement. I would say Novartis, but take other things in to consideration before decision.
