$270k OTE for Director, Sales at Workhuman?

I had a interview with a recruiter for a Director of sales position at Workhuman in Boston and found the comp unusually low. Position: 4-5 direct reports, $6 million quota per rep (new business sales, enterprise accounts) Requirements: 3+ years of having led outside field sales teams 10+ years of experience in enterprise software SaaS sales *Comp: $170-180 base + 50% bonus/commissions= $270 total OTE on the higher end Is this in line with what people are making at workhuman for such a role?
