Asking for a friend Has an offer from Salesforce SMTS and Thoughtspot. Offer similar ~80L. Which one to join?

Thoughtspot - base ~58 and JB - 4 rest RSU (Pre IPO) Salesforce - base 60, performance bonus - 15% and rest RSUs
Also how is the IPO looking like for thoughtspot? I see a significant fall in stock price in secondary market since last year. Plus the RSUs are offered at a higher price (~$15)
I'd highly suggest joining Salesforce if WLB and safety is a priority. Right now there's a lot of instability internally at TS, lots of leadership changes, layoffs are a possibility, internal reorg of teams. Not a very good time to join TS.
Yeah I see CEO has also quit for thoughtspot - salesforce anytime !!

Ask him to not join TS. We are in the middle of heavy layoffs. Better to go to stable company.
