Do you think buying on Mercer Island would be a good investment? I like that I would commute easily anywhere after COVID. I am afraid to buy too far on the East Side if I end up changing job. It’s a bit expensive though on this island.
Investment? No. Good place to live? Yes It may not go up in value like crazy but it will certainly hold it.
Thanks, I would live there not rent. Would the house value resist more a downturn than areas like Bothell? I feel those areas could get down as fast as they went up if there is a correction too.
Yeah I think Bothell and areas in the south near kent/covington.. will definitely see a steep fall if real estate slows down.in fact once offices start up again, people will remember how awful Seattle traffic used to be in 2018/19. And everyone will want to buy something much closer. So yes, MI is as safe as it gets to plonk 1.5m in real estate
No. I think DOGECOIN would be a good investment for you. To the moon!
What chapter and verse is this from? Biblical!
