It gets taught regularly both internally and externally to Fortune 500 customer's IT teams.. Are you coming at this from a DevOps where you want to build parsers for WireShark or Message Analyzer perspective?
More like end user of wireshark, make money troubleshooting network/app/server response random issues using wireshark and/or other tools. Developing parsers is in scope, but it would be based on need.
