I have read a lot of things on Blind and Reddit, but I cannot decide which desk to get. Here are my qualifications: - sitting/standing with button - 60 or 72 inches wide (pref 72) - monitor arm for 34 in monitor that looks good - under $1K Please assist! TC: $350K
Don't know about the other brands but uplift has been on backorder for most items for about 7 months now. Got my desk legs but still waiting on a desk top to actually use it..
oh i did not know this, thank you
I just got my entire setup last month (two bases, two tops - one stable and one standing) within five days of ordering.
I got an uplift desk last year and really like. Lots of customizations you can do when buying it and works really well
that was my original preference, but hearing supply chain issues
Make sure to get one with three stage legs. They have a wider range of vertical motion. Some cheaper models don’t go low enough and that’s vey bad ergonomically. You need something that can go as low as 26” (68cm), of even lower. So pay attention to that number before ordering.
noted!
uplift v2 can go as low as 25, the commercial frame can go as low as 22 for $80 more. I am 6'1 does that make a difference in which one I should get?
I got vari, it was cheaper than the other two and I think it's equally good
ok good to know
They are basically the same. Get the one that has your preferred top and will ship in the not-too-distant future.
good advice thank you!
I have an uplift with the bamboo box addition. It looks and feels dope af

Try the pneumatic desks from thestandingdesk.com a bit expensive but totally worth it. Been using a single column Andern and bring it up and down in 3 secs. Very happy. Tried electric and manual as well but they stayed fixed coz I am too lazy impatient to move them up and down.
I will look into it thanks!
