These are the new grad offers I have on hand. Mastercard would be in Atlanta. Geico is completely remote from wherever I want, but I requested offer for Seattle. I believe both would be full stack roles. Mastercard - $96k base, $25k relocation - will work on tech for marketing team - 401k match is 10% Geico - $120k base, $5k bonus - unsure about team or what I would be doing - not sure about working in insurance industry - 401k match is 6% - company 401k match will be 100% vested immediately #geico #mastercard #newgrad
Mastercard has industry best 401k match, be sure to include that in ur tc calculation (100% of 10%)
You could move to super lcol Tennessee with Geico and not pay a penny in state income taxes

I don’t know about your role but Mastercard has good bonus. Also 401k match will be 100% vested from day 1. ESPP coming soon with 15% discount.
GEICO WLB is amazing. I work roughly 2 hours a day. Very stable, no chance of layoffs ( we are recruiting 1000 engineers this year). Modern tech stack ( .NET framework , we use Azure). Living remote in Florida and I feel so wealthy with zero income tax. Plenty of time in the workday to leetcode when the market bounces back. Only drawback is only ten days PTO and I think our health insurance has a high deductible. TC: 125k

I heard that WLB at Mastercard is Top Tier. Don’t think GEICO would be that good even though I voted for GEICO
