I can’t find any information about what a “VP” in the sales org at Qualtrics equates to. Had a coworker jump over but was kinda junior and I’m just surprised he was able to get a role as a VP even though I know he’s a rockstar Do they have title inflation like every bank or is it a real VP role like most tech companies? How does that level compare to Microsoft or Amazon? Current TC 490k

I know in general that is true, even here at Amazon, but I was hoping for specifics at Qualtrics
