How is Tata consultancy solution ? Bonus, Salary?
My friend is thinking of joining Tata consultancy solution. He is aware it is an indian consultancy. Any thing to be aware of ? Do they pay ppl timely? They offer some bonus but doesnt say how long the tenure should be? Anyone with any information please share ! Thanks
Big company. Regular paychecks the whole nine yards. But from what I’ve heard, shitty culture, shitty engineering practices, incompetent leadership. Though I would still rate it better than infosys and HCL, just because it is owned by Tata.
They will pay in time. Provided you are happy with the pay.

Pretty big company in India. So the matter of payment and bonus is not going to be an issue. Your friend can expect to get paid on time. But the pay package itself will be > 20% lower than jobs in the bay. Also, it's Tata Consultancy Services. - Son of a guy who worked in that company for 35 years.
