eBay vs SaleForce vs Coupang vs Bill.com
I currently have offers from eBay, SaleForce, Coupang, Bill.com Assume TC is the same, which one is better in terms of growth, WLB, job security. Yoe: 9 yrs I do not share the TC since I do not have the final number. Also, I want to make sure to focus on other aspects rather than TC. Thanks.
ebay has excellent work life balance and guaranteed refreshers. The refreshers aren't a lot but it's still more generous than many other places. The stock isn't going to the moon or whatever so take this information as you will. The downside is people are always worried about layoffs.
