Got 3 offers (non-tech / sales strategy) and need to make a decision by mid-week. All jobs are comparable leading a small strategy sales/operations team. Heck even comp is more or less the same. I realise it’s not a big jump but need to get out of MS. Salesforce: 320k + 20k stocks Sprinklr: 290k + 25k stocks Snowflake: 330k + 30k stocks Culture and WLB are key criteria for me. Any insights from people that have worked at 2 or 3 of those? Current TC: 300k (70/30 split) + laughable stock “refreshers”. YOE 11
Nice TCs

Snowflake
Not Sprinklr
Why?
Agree. It is Salesforce vs Snowflake. No opinion on which of those would be the best. Probably based on the vibe of your manager and team.
Role ? Sales engineer?
wow, with those numbers you must be world class sales. pick none, let’s do a startup together instead.
I’d go with Salesforce. I’m not too sure about the longevity of Sprinklr and Snowflake. Also, what exact role are you doing? That’s an awesome base, though stock is kinda meh. Does base include commission?
This is base + commission (70/30 or 75/25).
Does sales strategy role typically pay this much?
Given that commission plays a large role, do you know what the payout rules are at each one? For example - do you need to perform at a certain tier / rank in order or sell a certain amount to earn the targets?
Revenue based on a very large territory that I would only influence indirectly. Part of my teams role will be to land the right quotas, so the most likely scenario is to land between 95% to 105% of target. So I consider the TC realistic. Again TC being comparable I care much more about culture and WLB potential.

Everyone I met in the interview process was amazing. But I guess that’s how people are in interviews.
